Booking & Payment Conditions
1, The below rates are per room per night.
2, As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, reserving early is recommended.
3, Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of the hotel. Please check the information in Reservation Link or Form.
4, The reservation must be accompanied with your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. At the end of your stay, the balance will be charged upon check-out.
5, The below rates only apply to AOSRA-PM 2026 participants.
6, In order to use the hotel at specially negotiated price, please fill out the hotel reservation form and send it directly to the hotel.
