Important Dates

Abstract Submission Guideline

1, Accepted abstracts will be presented in person at the poster in a designated presentation area.
2. Detailed information regarding poster display format and preparation guidelines will be provided together with the abstract acceptance notification email.

Submission Conditions

1, The work described in the abstract must not have been presented or appeared in any other format at any international English-speaking meeting prior to AOSRA-PM 2026.
2. The work must not have been published, in whole or in abstract form, in an indexed journal prior to AOSRA-PM 2026.
3, The presentation must be unbiased, based on the best available evidence, and all elements of the presentation must be free from the influence or control of commercial interests.
4. The author(s) must transfer, assign, and otherwise convey the copyright of ownership of the submitted abstract to AOSRA-PM 2026. This copyright transfer applies only to the abstract itself and does not apply to, nor prevent, subsequent publication of a full manuscript related to the subject matter of the abstract.
5, If the abstract is accepted, the author commits to presenting the work at AOSRA-PM 2026. Presenters of accepted abstracts must complete pre-registration for the on-site/virtual conference by the designated deadline; otherwise, the abstract will be removed from the Abstract Book and will not be presented at AOSRA-PM 2026.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1, Please read the following important information and guidelines before submitting an abstract. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your abstract being rejected.
2. Abstracts can only be submitted online through the dedicated submission platform no later than the deadline. Abstracts submitted by mail, fax, or email will not be accepted.
3, All information can be edited until the submission deadline via "Modification" by entering your email. Submissions are not to be completed or changed by other parties on the author's behalf.
4. All abstracts must be submitted in English and should include:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion

5. For case reports, the structure should be:
- Background
- Case description
- Results
- Discussion

6, Abstracts cannot exceed a limit of 2500 characters, including spaces, and must be in plain text. Title, authors, and affiliations are not counted in the 2500 characters limit.
7, Up to two supplemental files (e.g., tables, figures, or other graphics) for an abstract are allowed.
8, Any spelling, grammar, or scientific fact errors will be reproduced as typed by the author.
9, Use a standard font like Arial when formatting your text. This will help prevent special characters from getting lost when copying your text to the online abstract submission form. Avoid full sentences in capital letters, including in the title.
10, Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of their abstract by email by June 25, 2026.
11, If a change in presenting author must be made after submitting the abstract, AOSRA-PM 2026 must be notified in writing as soon as possible.
12, If a submitted abstract must be withdrawn, the presenter must contact the AOSRA-PM 2026 Secretariat using the presenter's own email address.
